About The Superduty Place

Thanks for visiting! This site is centered around the kind of smart upgrades everyone wants on their truck, without getting into the crazy tuner world where people squeeze out every spare ounce of torque and tenth of a horsepower they can get- regardless of the cost or long-term consequences. Follow along with me and I’ll do my best to provide you with all the information you will need to upgrade your truck, so you don’t have to spend the hours and hours it takes researching every possible solution.

About Me- The Admin!

Alan A6 Wreck
Found an A-6 Intruder Crash Site in Christmas Valley

Hi. I’m Alan. I’m an Oregon native. Most of my life has been spent in the rural areas of the state, particularly the east side of the mountain range. Growing up my dad was a forester, so I spent many late nights with him running the forest roads looking for fires in the summer, or hunting for elk in the winter. I have to admit, however, that after I got married I pretty much ignored all the back country this beautiful state has to offer.

This. Must. Change.

To that end, I purchased a 2019 F250. This is my first step in finding the hidden treasures all over the northwest. Over the next few years, I’m going to be building out this truck, and exploring as much as I can.

My Super Duty

There’s So Much Information Out There!

Have you ever looked at another truck and wondered, “Why did they pick those shocks?” or “Do I really need to air down my tires so far they look like they’re flat?”

I did, and there are literally thousands of questions I have about driving off-highway, camping, truck upgrades… I’m going to go answer those questions!

It’s Really About You

The end goal here is to help you with your build, with your expedition experiences, and anything related to playing in the rough. I’m doing the research anyway. You get the benefit of having it all laid out for you.

So ask your questions. I want to know what you want to know. Just throw them in a post below and we can get rolling.

All the best,

Alan
